Love
We lead with unconditional love for every girl we serve, creating environments where they feel seen, valued, and cherished.
Founded in Lusaka in 2015, we exist to change the story of every girl in Zambia.
"To inspire, mentor and equip girls with confidence, life skills and ensure they stay in school to reach their full potential."
Within our groups, girls meet regularly in safe spaces where they learn decision-making, communication, and self-esteem. They receive mentorship from teachers and community leaders, and discuss real challenges openly — from peer pressure to school struggles.
"A world where every girl is confident, educated and empowered to lead a life of purpose."
We envision communities where no girl fears walking to school, where every young woman can speak out, and where opportunity is determined by potential — not gender.
We lead with unconditional love for every girl we serve, creating environments where they feel seen, valued, and cherished.
Every interaction is grounded in compassion and grace — from our mentors to our community partners.
No girl is left behind. We champion equal access to education, health, and opportunity regardless of background.
Every girl deserves to be treated with honour. We model and teach the dignity that is the birthright of every human being.
GIG focuses on girls aged 5 to 24 years, offering comprehensive support to enhance their educational and personal growth. We operate primarily in and around Lusaka, reaching schools, communities, and urban neighbourhoods.
Our purpose is clear: help girls stay in school, build their confidence and leadership skills, educate them about their health, and help them stay safe from abuse, early marriages, and exploitation.
